"Paul Hudson State farm of decorah Iowa has at least three fantastic people. I have had more liability claims due to deer then I have ever had in my life in the last 4 months and every single time they have gone above and beyond simple support. All three have given the extra mile all three have been polite friendly knowledgeable professional and unbelievably patient with the amount of extra time that I ended up needing with the majority of the liability claims. Every time that I've ended up dealing with the intra-state State farm and had problems they have smooth it out, usually within minutes and definitely as soon as possible. From photos to emails to Total vehicles what could have been the worst of times, has been as smooth as they possibly make it. My rates have not gone up even though I've ended up totaling four five vehicles and at the same time even if it did I would have a tough time changing companies because of how professional and personal State farm and State farm people have been."
