"My wife and I are long time State Farm customers (over 30 years) We have relied on their advice and insurance products and have never been disappointed. The staff is very courteous and helpful when problems develop and can find ways to help us. I’ve known Lisa the longest and always enjoy having conversations with her while she is waiting for insurance forms to come through on her computer. Stop in their office and meet the staff and get acquainted. You’ll be glad you did!"

"The service I've received leaves much to be desired. Recently, I was in a bad accident that no citation was written as it wasn't my fault. But the damage was extensive. They ultimately decided to fix my car. A month later I get a voicemail to call back regarding my auto insurance. I called back, knowing my account pulls up because of my phone number and was told I had to wait for that specific person to call me back as they were more familiar with what was going on. Ultimately, it was to tell me state farm is sending a letter they won't renew my car because of said accident. Is this their fault? No. But the condescending phone call and knowing that person could have just relayed that information to me as it was in front of their face and they have 20+ years of service was unacceptable. I was licensed in home and auto insurance at one point so I'm speaking from experience when I say this isn't where I would recommend going. Posted the response I got privately. Call me disgruntled, but seems like zero self awareness, zero apology and zero explanation why I was made to do.a whole run around."
